Are there any weight restrictions for excursions?
Yes, different excursions have specific weight limits:
- ATVs:Â 230 lbs
- Bamboo River Rafting:Â 550 lbs (max. 2 persons per raft)
- Horseback Riding:Â 230 lbs
- Zip Lining:Â 265 lbs
- River Tubing:Â 300 lbs
- Clear kaykaing 230lbs
What is included in the Clear Kayaking Drone Photoshoot experience?
This includes a clear kayak session with a professional drone photoshoot, capturing breathtaking aerial views of you on the water. You’ll receive edited high-resolution photos.

What are the payments plans?
All tours require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due the day before your tour.
Can I book a tour once I arrive in Jamaica?
Yes, you can, but we highly recommend booking in advance atleast 1 week before to secure availability, especially during peak travel seasons.
What is your cancellation policy?
- Any cancellations made at least forty-eight (48) hours or more shall not attract a cancellation fee.
- Any cancellation made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled tour time, will attract fifty percent (50%) penalty.
- Any cancellation made within twenty-four (24) hours or on the said day of the excursion will attract a one hundred percent (100%) penalty.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Company and received by ShoreLine Views Ja within the timeframes outlined above to be eligible for a refund.
