• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled experience will not incur any cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the booking will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled experience will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by Shoreline Views JA within the applicable timeframes above to be eligible for a refund.
